How to get a presale code

To receive a presale code, you must do one of the following by 11:59PM BST on 25th June 2026:

  • Pre-order the new Palace release in any format from the official Palace store using a UK or EU delivery address, or
  • Submit your email address via the no purchase necessary (NPN) form, selecting UK or an EU country

No purchase is necessary. One presale code per person. You will not receive additional codes for placing multiple orders.

  • Code registration closes: Thursday 24th June 2026, 11:59PM BST
  • Codes distributed by: Friday 25th June 2026, 10:00AM BST
  • Presale begins: Friday 25th June 2026, 10:00AM BST (via Ticketmaster)
  • General sale begins: Monday 29th June 2026, 10:00AM BST (via Ticketmaster)

Show dates

  • Tuesday 16th Jul 2026 — London, UK (Bush Hall)

Using your presale code

Presale codes will be sent via email by 10:00AM BST on Friday 25th June 2026, along with a link to Ticketmaster where tickets can be purchased:

Each code is:

  • Personal to you
  • Non-transferable
  • Case-sensitive
  • Valid for one-time use only

A maximum of 6 tickets per code may be purchased.

Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.
Codes are valid only for the specific dates and locations listed above.

We recommend creating a Ticketmaster account and signing in ahead of the presale to speed up the process.

Ticket availability

A limited number of tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. A presale code grants access to the ticket sale window only and does not guarantee ticket availability. All tickets are subject to availability.

Accessible tickets

Accessible ticketing options are available for each event. Please check with the relevant venue or ticket provider for details on how to book accessible tickets.

Age restrictions

Some shows may be age-restricted. Please check with the ticket provider directly for event-specific information.

Any personal data provided will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
